Mastro's Steakhouse

NY strip was tender and juicy, herb roasted chicken was tasteless and rubbery. With reservations the hostess sat our party of five with two teenagers right near the very loud live band so it was impossible to converse. I suggested to the hostess and manager on duty that location was not ideal for a group with youngsters and neither employee was the least concerned. The live band definitely overshadowed the ambience of the restaurant. I was also disappointed the manager did not stop by our table or offer to seat us in a different location. We were visiting from out of state but would not go back.

Nice elegant restaurant. This is our 2nd time coming to this restaurant on New Years (wife's birthday). Service is excellent. This time we had a younger waiter who was witty and had a sense of humor. The 1st time, the waiter was an older gentlemen that was very professional and thoroughly explained everything on the menu as if he created it and made several suggestions that were spot on. The ambiance is excellent and my wife says the steak is the best in the world🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️. I guess...please try the butter cake....Enjoy!!!

We loved Mastro’s! Krystle was our server, and we will not hesitate to request to be seated in her section again. She was attentive, yet not intrusive, and an excellent conversationalist. The entire staff was on point. We enjoyed dining downstairs because it is a bit quieter than the main area. We both had ribeyes, and they were cooked perfectly with a good sear and well seasoned. Our side was the Mastro’s potatoes, which is like a whipped twice baked potato, they were excellent and a huge serving. The grand finale was the warm butter cake. It was divine, served with a generous serving of ice cream and whipped cream. We will be back for sure. Thank you for an excellent evening.

Best food ever. Especially the scallops and lobster mash potatoes. Ohband the smoked salmon

Omg!! The food is beyond amazing! Got the calamari, porterhouse steak, twin lobster tails. Sides are large and shareable. That lobster mashed potatoes was everything! Steak was super tender, lobster so juicy. The atmosphere was nice with a live band playing. Staff was friendly and attentive. Although extremely pricey, it's definitely worth it. Can't wait to go back!

Great food and restaurant is neat and clean. Like most complaints with this place the music is loud and a little out of place in my opinion. They had a very interesting playlist going that was very eclectic and did not really fit any particular vibe. Service was great though, Lobster Mac and Cheese was amazing and my wife and I had a great time!

Celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday there. The food was great. There was 7 of us. We had a nice server who was friendly and helpful. The side order portions were large enough to share among all of us. The seating was a bit tight as it was packed. We had Lamb chops, pork Chops, chicken. All the food was good.

Overall AMAZING. The prices aren't shown online so I think it's important for people to know you can expect to pay $100 per person without alcohol for appetizer and entrée. But it is VERY worth it if you appreciate fresh, quality food. Everything is cooked to perfection and arrives steaming hot to your plate. The portions are also very generous. Service was very good but maybe a little stiff - the wait staff could afford to loosen up a bit and crack a joke or two. Overall I would highly recommend and go back in a heart beat.

Company holiday celebration there yesterday. Ronny the waiter was professional , prompt , and friendly. All of the food was good. The steak was crazy good Perfectly cooked

One of my favorite steakhouses around. They have a very vibrant atmosphere and I love the live music. They also have a extensive wine list, try the Daou.

We went here for our anniversary course we made reservations for 730 in it up get near low early without any problems at all they took us right in the waiter was phenomenal took care of us from start to finish the stakes were amazing the lobsters beautiful and of course they had a piano bar there as well So we had a few drinks at the bar after dinner and couldn't have asked for a better anniversary dinner

The food was great! The customer service was great! My sister took me for my 50th Birthday Celebration! Great time!!

Excellent experience overall. The heavy pour cocktail was enjoyable. The Caesar salad was good; the steaks, truffle butter mushrooms and key lime pie were all superb! Service was very good with a few minor exceptions: we were glad to be seated in the quieter downstairs section, but were first offered a table next to the kitchen door when many other tables were available. We asked for an alternate and were accommodated with no problem. A bit of a slowdown and a forgotten item by our waiter, but otherwise the service was very good. Nice ambiance, music and noise level. Would definitely recommend!

Surf & Turf was the name of the game the night our group of friends went there. Right away we were treated by a friendly staff member and recommended us to start with a seafood tower for the table. It was absolutely fantastic. Then we all had an amazing fillet for dinner and ended with dessert. Great experience as they also have live singing.
