Mastro's Ocean Club

A friend and I had reservations at the Vegas location for 630. We arrived 5 minutes early and the place was vacant except for a 3-4 tables. There wasn't a hostess at the door, so we walked in and approached a gentleman in a suit and mentioned the above. He escorted us to the bar and said that the hostess would seat us shortly. After 35 minutes at the bar, we asked the bartender if he would check the status for us. He was gracious and asked someone to assist. After another 15 minutes, someone escorted us to a table. While we weren't in an extreme hurry, I felt that we "slipped through the cracks", even though the manager looked at us several times. He averted my gaze for the rest of our visit. If you want to be top shelf, these sort of things need to be averted. The food and the rest of the service was superb.

Very good food but overpriced

Service is impeccable and the food is high quality delicious. Be prepared to spend some money $$$$

I won a $250 gift card for this restaurant from the company’s year end party. It’s my first time to this restaurant, we had a great time! Food is very tasty, recommend (must try!) lobster bisque(with big chunks of lobster meat in it) and the butter cake. We already felt full after the soup😄..Sautéed wild mushroom is very good, too! I’m not a steak person, I ordered fish, but couldn’t finish even half because everything is perfect! It’s good place to come for special events. Make reservation as early as you can and you will end up with nice and quiet window seat!

The restaurant it self was a good atmosphere but that's where it ends. The food was overpriced and not as good as the steakhouse. Much prefer Ocean Prime

We love coming to Ocean Club. This year we had the stone crab claw. Great appetizer.

Phoenix BEST steak house. Service, food, everything just perfect. Make sure to try the Seafood Tower app, but more importantly......leave room for what could be our local best desert.....Butter Cake. OMG on the Butter Cake. Love this place. Reservations strongly suggested on any night.

Had a fabulous dinner with friends. The seafood tower was beautiful came to table smoking from dry ice and was plentiful.! The bone in ribeye 🥩 was charred perfectly on outside and a perfect medium rare on the inside. The scallops were unbelievably sweet some of the best I’ve ever had. It’s certainly worth the trip and the cost.

First time eating here because several local people recommended it. Disappointed is the word that comes to mind. We ordered a bottle of wine and after ten minutes of both of us having an empty glass, I refilled our glass ourselves. Unused wine glasses from people who did not opt for wine were not removed until halfway through when we requested they be removed. The Mac n cheese was very good. The mushrooms were good also. The porterhouse steak was tender but tasted like it was mostly butter and salt, disguising the real flavor of the meat. Our table of 7 ate our entire meal before our server ever came to ask how our steak was so good thing we didn’t need anything fixed. For the price and the class Mastros holds itself to, I expected so much more. Hate to say, first and probably last time because it wasn’t worth the price and service we got.

Decided to try Mastro's for our wedding anniversary. Was a little disappointed the anniversary wasn't acknowledged by our server when we pointed it out on our reservation request. Many other reviews showed they typically acknowledge special ocassions.We are huge food lovers and love trying new fine dining. The setting was amazing and our server was very attentive. The appetizers and entrees were very good. Scallop appetizer was cooked perfectly (best food item I had). Although the food and service were good, I don't believe the cost is justified. I have been to many placed with amazing menus at about half the cost.

I highly recommend going to listen to Jodi Light and Shining Star Band. They are excellent.

I just live this place, been here a 100 times and never a bad visit. Elegant place, from dining room service to even a simple night in the lounge bar listening to music over wine or martini! Dropped in for New-years eve and what a show that was! Fun time celebrating with great friends! Balloons were human size!
