Poor Customer Service, Slow Delivery, Mediocre Food.

This is the worst service that I have ever received in my life. We ordered food at the Crowne Plaza hotel and the delivery driver gave the food to the wrong people. It was very disheartening when I called The restaurant. We had to wait another 45 minutes for our food to gets at a hotel and I asked for compensation for there mistake The manager stated that he would not give us any additional compensation but with send our order. Their Procedures and their customer service are the worst. If you are ever staying in Baltimore and are hungry After a log night I would not order from this place. I would rather walk to Royal farms and enjoy some great good chicken. Is there are any typos and mistake please understand that we had a long night on its out of Baltimore it just what is some food it we did not get it. If you are hungry please do not order from this place. You will be ready to go to bed by the time before the food gets here.

The subs were on the small side, and just ok. Fries were good. Loved the fried wings. Fast delivery
