Well its a nice place to hang out with friends. I like chicken tikka and daal makini but other food is not that good like chilly chicken, chicken 65 or papdi chat. Overall good place for drinks.

It's the neighborhood bar. Atmosphere is cozy. Food is delicious and reasonable. Happy hour is fun. Drinks happy hour prices. Music is interesting. All the neighborhood is in the house. Off street parking. 5 o'clock is a good time to come. Government closes. Live music Monday Wednesday and Friday i thick. Bartender is friendly. New year's eve was fun.

some real good dosa. probably the best in germantown-gaithesberg area. I received some really good hospitality, something that alone is enough for me to visit this place again

I ordered take out from Masala Art. I was excited to see Pani puri on the menu until this is what I received, a soggy pile of mush. The Puris were pre-filled with sauces and yogurt. They were in no shape to carry any “Pani” anymore. And who puts yogurt in Pani puri? The whole thing went in the trash since there was no way to eat it. I’m not sure what they were thinking packaging it up like this. The other part that was disappointing was the quantity of food. Over $6 for 4 puris?! That’s outrageous. The other dish I ordered was the paneer makhani, which tasted good but not enough quantity. Lots of curry with very few paneer pieces.

I come here often. Delicious food - portions are large so plan to carry takeout. Very nice atmosphere and adequate service.

We checked in on their website an information about business hours, spent our time to drive there and after we found and paid a parking we walked to find the closed door of this place. I double checked on the website “ open”, in real “ closed”. Not respectful towards clients.Disappointed

Cannot comment on a service itself since use carry out. The dishes were spicy, rice taste as I like (on a tender side). The price is a bit steep (close to $20) for a lunch. Will I order again - maybe. Will I visit the place - only for a happy hour.Parking is in the building next to CVS.

Having tasted authentic Indian cuisine all my life, I find difficult to like Indian cuisine in US. I tried daal amritsari and chicken Chettinad at the restaurant. I must say that I was not expecting the food to be delicious but I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. We relished the chilli garlic naan along with chicken and daal. Kudos to the chef.

Service was great, our waitress laughed and joked with us and did a great job explaining the menu. The food was AMAZING, the location is pretty convenient no matter where you’re staying thanks to the metro stop just a few doors down. Absolutely recommend and will probably come back again.

Little gem in Southwest waterfront area, especially if you want to avoid the crowds right on the waterfront. Also, more reasonably priced. Entree's are flavorful and service is good. Be advised that the lamb chops can take longer to prepare.

One of the best Indian food restaurants in DC. Loved the interior, friendly staff and delicious food for a reasonable price.

We had to wait over an hour for our food and the manager clearly could care less. The food is pretty good though but terrible service and unprofessional behavior of the manager is unacceptable. You’d think after sitting there for an hour waiting for your cold appetizer, you think the management would take it off the bill or at least offer an apology. When the appetizers were finally delivered we were told our entrees were also ready
