Food was alright, felt like I could have made the burger myself. We were so hungry after wine tasting that any food will do since we had the kids with us. Service was kind and friendly. Food came out somewhat reasonable but we were so hungry it was ok. I had the large burger pictured here and it was mostly bread and veggies. The chicken strips were good. The shakes were good. They had a unisex restroom, convenient. They had ice cream so that was a plus, made the kids happy. I have nothing bad to say except this place is just ok.

A hidden treasure in Calistoga, CA. Small, but great food and the owner is very sweet.

One less star just for the ambiance. Set in the scenic intersection, this place offers great food. Veggies go nuts here on the vegan and gluten free burger. Top it off with a nice shake (highly recommend the pineapple coconut shake) which can feel more like a glass full of ice cream.. the burgers are definitely the highlight though..

I am all for supporting small businesses. But today I went to Mary's Home plate cafe. Got a 1/2 lb. Burger and an ice tea that cost me $23.00. This is way on the high side. Though the burger was an 7 out of 10, the froes were great. But the cost will keep me from returning. Sorry.

Nice little mom n pop's style, hometown diner. Plenty of parking. Outdoor tables w/umbrellas. Served me a tasty pulled-pork sandwich(not too spicy), served HOT on SOFT hoagie bread with crunchy fries. Very friendly service. Thank you😀

Breakfast was good. Eggs, bacon, sausage or ham, hash browns, and biscuit or toast for $9+. coffee was hot and tasty. Filling and not fancy. We dined outside on a beautiful Dec AM.

Super friendly people. I came in right before closing ( with out realizing it) they still served me to go. Food was ok BBQ pulled pork sammich. But the service was great.

Every time we stop/sometimes just for a drink/an icecream/ or shake/breakfast/ lunch/ or dinner...good food/and good service...takes a little longer sometimes/ but worth stopping...

Hmmm. I have mixed feelings about this spot. I really like CLEAN places. This one was clean, but the person working on the icemaker did not wash his hands. I had the chicken pot pie and salad. I would have liked a less doughy top -cooked more- but the flavor was good. The owner is super nice.
