Enjoy cheese and wine

We just returned from a great day out in Tokyo to a cosy little wine bar.Although many of the wines we ordered we sold out that didn’t bother us too much. What did bother us is the over one hour wait for the food to arrive. Actually, that’s inconsequential - what I guess upset us the most was when we went to pay our bill we didn’t want to pay for the gnocchi that never arrived. We explained this then suddenly the manager places the gnocchi before us whilst standing at the cash register. No matter how much explanation was given that we were hungry after waiting over an hour at least, his response was that we ordered it 10 minutes ago. Don’t go here unless you want rude and insulting behaviour - the waiter was lovely but the manager lacked any empathy for the situation that had transpired. We won’t be back again. Love this city but not this wine bar!
