Overall, the food was hot and delicious! They've only recently opened and have a major logistics problem with overcrowding the building and drive-thru. Fire code seating capacity for the building is 56 persons, as posted. At one point during our meal (we dined in), we counted 68 customers in the restaurant, plus all of the employees, which we did not count. We waited about 20 minutes for food, after ordering. I'm sure, in time, they'll figure out how to remedy some issues. If you're about the food only, I highly recommend Marty's BBQ!
Questions & Answers
It's the Bill ELLIS family. Its Lawrence and Wanda Ellis. They named it Marty's in honor of Lawrence's brother that passed away several years ago.
About the same price as Parker's or Bill's.

It's a what I like to call a small family pack round 23$ med family pack round $30 and large family pack $40 each have whole chicken BBQ slaw and potato's bit sizes vary os sides and I think it's two whole chicken in large family pac
They're cooking with bacon greese though..yum
