We had a awesome time at Macy's. We had breakfast in the Walnut room it was good but expensive. Our waiter BJ was very nice and Princess Snowflakes was a true princes. Thank for such a magical day.

The Best Macy's of all, I think. I've been others in NY, Boston, Buffalo...even in Guam. But this is the BEST.Plenty of materials, and very kind attendants.To all men,Go to the suit section on the second floor and get Leslie's help. She'll take care of everything.Thank you, Leslie :)

Great place to do some Christmas shopping. All the decorations certainly put you in the holiday spirit. Fun watching all the kids' excitement outside viewing the holiday windows.

Great Christmas decorations and shopping experience. So many floors with so much to look at. I am not a fan of just walking around to shop but there is so much here.

We ate @ Walnut Room. We notified the manager that the lobster bisque was burnt. He tasted it. He never got back to us and the burnt bisque was never replaced. The kettle of soup was never taken and replaced. We did notice another person returning the soup. This took the usually extremely good New Year's celebration to a new low. The servers were excellent but the manager's reaction is intolerable. Is this Macy's new policy? It's sad because Marshall Field's would have addressed this immediately.

Love this Macy’s. Great selection. As soon as I walked in I immediate wanted to shop. Gray Santa in the children’s dept and only waited about 10 mins to see him. Walnut room is beautiful and totally worth going to see especially with the beautiful Christmas tree. Found some good wines downstairs.

This Macy's was absolutely amazing!!! And at Christmas with the horns out front and all the cute window displays, nothing beats it!!! Inside was very clean organized and full of employees who actually wanted to help and were very friendly!!

I didn't buy anything, was just "window" shopping. The ladies in perfumes were very nice and we tried a sample Spritz. Also likes at handbags. Fun visit 😊

This is the classic Marshall Field's, even though it's now a Macy's. I normally only come here to do the Santa thing with the grandkids and maybe a meal at the Walnut room. It's always full of people and the staff are very helpful.

The people are always happy and Nice. If you go to the women shoe section ask for Jessica she's awesome. And if you go to women's perfume section ask for Barbara she is really awesome too.

I have always been a fan of Macy's, so my review is slanted to a very positive review. We recently moved and purchased an apartment full of furniture. We were happy with the sales folks. We are also very happy with the delivery which was on time as promised. All furniture arrived in perfect condition. An honorable mention of there Frango Chocolate's.
