The service here is beyond unprofessional!Spanish guy has no manners and he’s rude to costumers.

They have some bad experience and terrible costumer service.I’m a restaurant owner and the way my pregnant sister was treated by their employee is UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE!!!Isn’t about the $2.10 over charged just not to have the chicken on a paper bag. It’s the fact that paper bags aren’t strong or proper to put any food with sauce.My nephew was refused to get the chicken in a white container and charged $2.10 just not to risk the same incident of having chicken sauce all over the car. UNBELIEVABLE!!!That Spanish employee they have for sure has some bad background check. Probably not even work permit. My sister made the phone call from her car and car has camera that records everything including conversations.I’ve encouraging my sister to take that to enforcement because no employees should ever talk the way that guy did to any costumer for any reason EVER.I teach all my employees... no matter what the costumer is always right.

The chicken here is tasty and savory. I think mario has the best rotisserie chicken in oakville.

Food is ok... not as good as used to be months ago.Service is extremely bad. The Spanish guy is rude and unprofessional.Won’t go back again!

1st time customer. Placed order online for 6.45pm pick up. Arrived at 6.40pm and they had not even received the order. Waited 20 minutes past pickup time. Garbage service. Best to call in your orders

Went to Mario’s bbq last week and order 1/2 chicken with vegetables. I noticed the guy was serving potatoes and rice and as soon as I said “I asked for vegetables only” he started arguing with me saying I didn’t.There was another costumer behind me who said “I heard him asking for vegetables only”.The guy serving throw the food in the garage and was very rude.I was going to order some more stuff but after that I didn’t even bother.1st and last visit at this place!

Great chicken - they do catering for small gatherings/parties and it was really easy to setup, affordable, and everyone loved the food.

This restaurant is my preferred one. I go to many restaurants but here I keep coming back again and again. The crew is very professional and the cuisine they serve is so good. I am always happy to have a decent dinner in this restaurant. I highly recommend this place.

Rude staff. Food isn’t as good as used to be.I noticed that they had a great person working there but sense he left everything went bad.Potatoes and rice aren’t even fully cooked sometimes and chicken is dry.Some Spanish guy working is rude to the costumers.

1 star is even to much.Used to love coming here but service and food went dawn the drain.

This place is amazing. Great customer service, friendly staff, food tastes great and very reasonable pricing. 5 stars from me! Keep up the good work guys.

Just found Mario’s BBQ and thrilled that I did. Portuguese “home cooking”, reasonably priced and authentic. Lots of veggies, fish and meat options. Friendly staff. Delicious lunch!!

Amazing food. That sauce was great. Big portions, reasonable price. Seating is slim but that means you get to enjoy this in the comfort of your own home.I used to go to John's BBQ but I find their chicken dry, this chicken was nice and moist and flavourful

I have been to Marios BBQ in Oakville a few times before and I could not stop saying how good the food was and pretty big portions we got.Well today I sent my husband and we had it... I was never so disappointed in my life... I am pretty sure that this was not fresh food that was made today.. in fact i am pretty sure it was made either Saturday or Sunday because Monday was a holiday.. why would they serve customers with stale food. we payed for fresh food. everything was horrible. There is no way they cooked this food today. I have to rethink about going there now if this is the kind of serving i am going to get.... i might as well go to Nando instead
