Marco's Pizza

My family just shared a pizza and ate every morsel. The service was quick and friendly and a great experience overall. Would definitely recommend!

My husband ordered a pepperoni/sausage pizzaGentleman thought he said add some sauce (simple misunderstanding). We asked tht he just add the sausage to the pizza, he did that AND made a another pizza at NO ADDITIONAL charge.....super nice and ever so considerate. Did I mention I ate. Horrible! Where do I start?!The staff is full of immature teenagers, yelling and being unprofessional. I called in my order, and still had to wait 30 minutes when I got to the store to pick it up. Instead of assisting customers, the employees were laughing and playing around.Another instance, I called in an order for delivery and my food took 2 1/2 hours. I called the store several times and was placed on hold without anyone coming back to the phone. I finally got through the 4th time I called, and the person who answered the phone said the driver is "stuck in heavy traffic". I live 5 minutes away, There is no heavy traffic in that area at 9:37PM!! Stay away from this location. Their service is deplorable.

Aweful customer service. Ordered one pizza and followed up one hour later, was promised my pizza 20 minutes later, called back twice, was hung up on and never received my pizza. Two hours and fifteen minutes later I finally spoke with a manger who did nothing to right the situation. I like Marcos in Sandy Springs and they were always courteous and delivered as promised. I hope this location can get their act together. Good Brand...this location needs work.

Horrible!! I went in to purchase a pizza, pizza was burnt and i asked for it to be remade. Gentlemen came from the office and said what’s wrong with that, where the f$&k is it burnt. I replied it’s burnt for my liking and he proceeded to tell me that he wasn’t talking to me and i said we’ll that’s my pizza and he said but i wasn’t talking to you! And then he proceeded to curse as he walked off. Very very rude and i frequent here often but i will reconsider next time. I don’t want to give my money to any establishment that talks to their customers in that way.

Really good pizza! Even tastes better the next day

Pizza decent, had it a couple of times, but about a year ago, I ordered a pizza and wings for delivery and was told it would be 30-45 minutes. At the 90 minute mark we called them, and I was told that they had lost the order, and that they were re-making it. Finally, almost 2.5 hours after we ordered the delivery driver shows up. There was no apology or grace, but the driver did say that my card would not be charged, that the order was free. A few days later, I was unsurprised to see the charge come through on my credit card bill. Epic, disastrous disorganization and incompetence at this location. I am done with these jokers.
