Really good selection and quality. The delivery drivers are always pleasant. I love being able to customize options online and have them accurate when received.

Our new favorite pizza well never order from another pizza place ever again!!! We've tried both locations and they never disappoint. Poor crew had 4 people working on New Years Eve and though we waited a little longer than usual our order it was still perfectly amazing. Noticed the crew was taking on multiple jobs at a time except the driver he was the only one complaining in the store (to his co workers that he couldn't read the receipts)

I ordered 1 pizza (not on a busy day or at a busy time). It’s been an hour and fifteen minutes and I still haven’t gotten my order. According to the tracker, they didn’t even start making it until 35 minutes after I placed the order!

It's great food and service, however if you plan to dine in be prepared to bring your own cups as they don't have any available for customers to use.

Nasty burnt chicken wings and pizza was undercooked. I called and they told me they would give me a credit. I want my money refunded cause I am not calling this company again.

I have enjoyed Marco’s pizza (Chapel Hill, Douglasville) in the past, because it was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. However, more recently it has been dry and doesn’t taste the same as when the establishment first opened. Moreover, it doesn’t appear to have any type of pizza sauce on it only meat and cheese (particularly the 2 med. 1 topping $6.99). ***update to store response*****My review wasn’t a compliment. It was to explain how service has declined. Please do better with the sauce.

Quick and delicous, a family favorite.

Horrible, young people that work there have no work ethic! I live 2 mins down the street from this location and my second visit there has been horrible! I will always drive to the bright star location for better service so I can have quality service , correct order and not a burnt pizza! Chapel hill location is close to me since I moved, but I will never go back until management change their staff

This location has gone way down hill. Pizzas always come burnt now and with way less toppings than they’re supposed to.

I place an order for our pizza at 7:53pm. It's 10:07pm and we have not received our food yet. I called the store, they informed me that my order was made incorrectly and they would remake it but it would be an 1.5 before they could deliver. I have a house full of kids for a sleepover and they are hungry,it's been 2 hours already. They should have called and informed me of the mistake before I called back. I blame management for this error.

Pretty good pizza every time. We order pizzas in a very unique way and they have always gotten it right. Will return for sure.

Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a pizza for delivery. Called the store after online tracking indicated the pizza was picked up. Spoke with manager Allison who stated the order was placed for carryout and if I wanted it delivered I would have to wait 45 mins. When asked if a new pizza will be made I was told no. When I asked for the order to be cancelled and requested a refund, Allison shared she will cancel the order but can not provide proof of a refund. WTF... I have been a loyal customer for years but I will never order from this location again.
