“Kayla “ the cashier or person that answers the phone for delivery orders should be working somewhere she doesn’t have to interact with the public . While taking my order she had the rudest demeanor and spoke so fast to the point I had to ask her what she was saying .. as if I was bothering her by calling placing an order. Makes you question ordering from here with there being other pizza places to choose we always choose Marcos and enjoy their pizza but dealing with customer service “Kayla “ gives makes you want to spend your hard earned money elsewhere . Marcos please take heed to who you allow to represent your company .

Live Love Eat pizza. Marcos doesn't compare with dominoes/pizza hut. Blows them out if the water. 2 med pizza deal is my family's favorite. Cinna squares are to die for too

I have used Marcos for years now and never had an issue until recently. We haven’t got our last two orders until 20-30 past the max delivery or carry out time. I’ve had to call both times to ask where our order was and each time, I never even received an “I’m sorry†from them. They just lost my service. Don’t order here unless you want Untimely, unprofessional, and unapologetic service.

We ordered a medium pizza with 2 drinks. Never got the drinks and when we called the store to speak to a manager about this we were left on hold forever and no one got back to us.
