They do sell gift cards on their website. Not likely that there are any vouchers.

No kids menu...this is an upscale fancy restaurant. I am sure if a child is brought, she/he would be treated well but would have to order from a menu of gourmet French food.

Street and valet parking

They have different menu options and menu changes seasonally. I suggest checking their website for latest menu.

Marcel's has valet parking or you can try to find metered parking nearby and walk but it is very limited in the area

Jacket and tie for gentlemen.

It did as an option a few months ago. Possibly summer months won't but worth a call.
