We ordered 2 meals tonight to be delivered via Doordash.......had a horrible experience with the delivery. Elizabeth, I believe a manager, came to our rescue. Hands down, the best customer service we could have asked for! Thank you Elizabeth!

Marchello's is good Italian comfort classics with some delicious one-of-a-kind dishes. We love the cherry sauce on the cherry cheesecake; it's the best. The only quibble I have - the inconsistent size of cheesecake slices between visits. They have transitioned to a take-out only model during Covid, so please support one of the few remaining local Italian restaurants.

Local authentic italian cuisine. Food and service are both good.I was impressed by all the to go orders they had being delivered by staff. Great for customers that live close.

One of the best authentic tasting Italian if you ask me, the spaghetti is fantastic, garlic bread made in oven is delicious, they have a good salad bar, the manicotti is a meal in itself Edit... I've only eaten here a few times since 2020 when they decided to goto Carryout only.... big disappointment if you ask me, I prefer to dine in and tip the wait staff for the great service I always remember receiving there.... I'll eat here again... but take out is a big disappointment.... This is reason for downgraded review...

Check working the register was kind of rude to a couple people put food was good upset I couldn't sit downthough

Did not about the atmosphere cause you can't eat in. But I can tell you this I have order 4 meals from them and it all been fabulous

Food was good. Server was nice. The salad bar left something to be desired, but it is included with the lunch price so I don't think its fair to complain too much. Prices were good. Lunch menu pretty much encompasses regular menu at a better price, plus they offer petite portions so you're not loosening your belt before going back to work.

Amazing food! Super hot and very delicious! Only rated 4 because slow to get service when we arrived and slow to get drinks. I believe it was lack of staff, not the waitresses fault, you could see they were doing their best! Definitely recommend!

The workers are unsanitary. The bread was hard an uneditable. Crab cakes had a funny taste. Waitress was inattentive. The sauce was watery. I would not waste your money or time eating here

It's definitely a warm, cozy place and the food just tops the whole experience. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone, but especially to Couples who want a night out together without the disturbance of big crowds but the ambiance of romance and the experience of fine dining with the simplicity of a home cooked meal. Smells delicious and fine food. Although, it seemed kind of disorganized; there appeared to be 3 people working on the same task: packaging to-go orders. I waited for a seemingly long time for my order as well, and due to the lack of indoor seating and odd stares from the manager, it was awkward to say the least.

Food is always excellent. Just wish they had indoor seating.

Miki and the Marchello’s team created a delicious dinner for our wedding reception. Miki was very patient, honest, and transparent while we planned our dinner for the night. Was also more than worth renting the chafing dishes!

First time in a quite a few years that I've been here. Decided to order carryout for the family and relax. Ordered the bistro medallions, ravioli with meatballs, and Capellini D'Angelo. Ordered the Bisto medallions medium rare honestly expected that to be the standard. Came well well done tough, dry, and came with floppy bacon. As soon as I saw this I called in to get it remade. Wasn't a big deal I live right down the street. I was told that they only cook it in an oven and making it med rare couldn't be done. Why even sell a fillet if you can't even sear it let alone cook it correctly or to customers liking?? After that fiasco found all the shrimp in our dinner to not be de-veined. I feel bad for all people eating the shrimp here and not knowing or realizing. Ravioli and meatballs were awful. Probably could have had better from the freezer section at Walmart. On a positive note the chicken Alfredo and mushrooms that came with the medallions were pretty good and aside the ill prepared shrimp on the Capellini D'Angelo was also quite nice.

Freaking amazing! Casual atmosphere, amazing food. Best garlic bread I've had in a long time. It wasn't covered in mounds of cheese or overly garlicy. Just the right balance.
