Marble + Rye

I had a superb experience at Marble & Rye on Independence Day weekend. The stylish restaurant is walkable from nearby downtown hotels and features a great food, bourbon, rye, and whiskey menu. I had an apetizer of sweet and spicy pickles and a special entree of pulled pork on a skillet cornbread with a great spicy tomatao sauce and black beans. My Moscow Mule was perfect. Great service. The bar was packed with an inviting happy hour. It really seemed like the hot place to be. Highly recommended.

One of our favorite restaurants in Buffalo! Amazing food , good prices. Good selection of cocktails and whiskey. Great service and love the interior. Recommend the Pickled Onion Rings and any of the pasta dishes!

Nice restaurant. A fun, eclectic menu of new American dishes. Had one of the best tequila cocktails I’ve had anywhere. Would go back for that alone! Really nice chickpea patty burger (not pictured) and cauliflower. Also had a nice beet tart for dessert (also not pictured)

People rant and rave about this place, and I guess I just don't see it. By no means is this a bad place, but if your amigo tells you it's the best food in Buffalo, as mine have, that's a bit over the top. First time I went I had friends in from out of town and they botched my reservation by over an hour and a half. Water under the bridge if you comp a drink while I wait. Nope! Other two times I went the meal was ok, just not great, and if the price is high like it is here, I'm expecting it to be great. Worth checking out but I think it's over-hyped.

Long wait for food, no seasoning on the table, when food came out under seasoned, my chicken was overcooked and the risotto was not cooked correctly(was still hard). My wife’s dish tasted like a can of diced tomatoes were poured over fresh pasta. Very disappointed as this was our Valentine’s Day choice.

We have been blown away by Marble & Rye since the first time we stepped foot into the place. The atmosphere is cozy, sophisticated and modern. Appropriate for many occasions. We have been stunned by every cocktail we have tried which have been thoughtfully crafted by the easy-going and helpful employees. We are going there twice today just because of the various occasions it caters to. Whether it's a night out with friends or your significant other for a fantastic and unique/very fair priced cocktail, or for a three course meal and wine pairing. You won't be disappointed! We LOVE the bearded lady, it's our favorite cocktail ever so far!

Great service every single time, with warm and knowledgeable servers. The cocktails are unique and always delicious. The seasonal specials, happy hours and the general vibe of the place are also 10/10. One of our favorite date night spots in Buffalo!

Stipped into this swanky little restaurant for a quick bite and was not disappointed! Unique menu choices and a great cocktail menu to match. The octopus was delightful and tender with a tangy tomato sauce. The creamy sauce on the beans was so tasty. The pickled onion rings were very good and the portion was giant! Cone hungry, you will want to try everything!! Our waitress was just as lovely as the food !

Food was 5☆ , service was also on point really loved this place very warm and inviting. Almost missed it driving by .was dark out and street lights arent in good placement .but don't let that stop you from stopping by 🙂🙂🙂

Was welcomed warmly and felt comfortable the moment we walked in. We were sat immediately, and the waiter was extremely polite. He made suggestions and was really helpful. Our orders were taken and we received our food and drinks in good time. Loved the atmosphere and it felt like we were the only two people in the place. We ordered two starters and two plates, everything was delicious, especially the spicy cucumbers and Chana burger. I can't wait to go back and see what's featured :) Thanks for a great time.
