Mara's Homemade

I was super excited to try Mara's because it's around the corner from where I work and I saw there were great gluten-free options from the menu. When we got there, Mara greeted us, sat us, and gave us great service, but when the food came out, it was nothing to rave about. The rice of the jambalaya seemed to have been sitting for days and was $18 for a rather small bowl that didn't seem to offer too much.The restaurant was nicely decorated and I'm tempted to return to try other food options, but I'm in no hurry to rush back...

Been coming here since it first opened so many years ago and it has never ever disappointed! It has the best food I've ever eaten by far and away and the drinks are unique and delicious. The absolute friendliest staff on earth and the owner is the nicest. I'm a fan forever!
