Had a fantastic experience in this place with my friend. The food was served quick and the customer service is just excellent. Prices are fair.

Excellent food and fast service. Mapo tofu with slow cooked spicy beef is their signature dish. If you like northern Chinese spicy dishes, this is the place for you. Lunch menu is about $7 to $9 with hot and sour soup, and you can even share family style.

Flavorful, authentic Szechuan style food. Below average customer service.When I arrived, I asked for a table of 2 for my girlfriend and myself. Another party of two was then seated at the table next to us. By the time they ordered, we had not received our plates, water, or even tea. I brought this issue to our waitress when she finally arrived at our table. One quick note about the tea. Most authentic Chinese sit down restaurant offer a selection, but Mapo had no options.The food arrived relatively quickly for how busy it was. We ordered their signature spicy beef and a fried fish fillet. The fish was on the salty side, but overall the flavor was on par and paired perfectly with rice.I would recommend their lunch and carryout menu if the issues I mentioned would bother you at all.Despite these shortcomings, I will be returning and recommending this place for serious fans of Szechuan food.

One of my favorite restaurants. I recommend the mapo spicy beef noodle soup. Garlic cucumber ... Seafood hot and sour soup ... Double pan fried noodles ... Huge menu, you will find something on it....

Fantastic quality food with a price that appears unreasonably cheap.

I will be ordering again. The food was great. I called before ordering to see if they had any gluten free options. They put me on hold to speak with the chef. I rarely get a response like that. I normally receive a response such as, "I think so?" or "I'm not sure, so no". I was very impressed and thankful. They go above and beyond. My boyfriend and I are very happy customers.

Wow. This food was delicious. Everything was fresh and well prepared. We got appetizers and three main dishes for our group to share and every dish hit the spot. The kids even got fresh made to order fruit smoothies. The staff was friendly and attentive. This place is tucked away, but this is a great find for quality Chinese food.

Excellent Taiwanese and Szechwan restaurant. Old school Waitress will tell you straight out what is good and what is not. Have to try their tofu and beef over egg cured

It apparently has a new chef this year, as the tastes of majority of the dishes are much better. I'm talking from the perspective of a Chinese who grew up and lived in many places in China. If you want to try authentic Chinese food with great taste and dining environment, don't need to go further! Highly recommended!!

Nice interior. The food is good and not too expensive and the portions are very generous. I couldn't finish what I ordered and they packed me a takeout box. Would recommend if you are craving some good Sichuan food nearby.
