Maple Street Biscuit Company - Sherrill Hill

Ate here for the first time and loved it! The food was amazing. Even the coffee tasted great. Nice atmosphere and staff are very friendly. Great place to go if you are looking for southern style biscuits with amazing taste.

Ok. So I'm up in the air. I'm stuck at home right now, so I ordered through door dash. The first time I tried was yesterday at noon (Monday) and I got a message that said "maple street biscuit company has cancelled your order" with no explanation as to why. Maybe they didn't have what I ordered? Why not tell me? I may have tried something else. Fast forward to this morning, I gave it another shot. I ordered the 5 and dime...paid extra (side of cheese) and asked them to put a goat cheese medallion on it, instead if cheddar and also to leave off the bacon. When my food arrived there was a cup of cheddar cheese and cheddar on the biscuit *_* It also had bacon on it. The food itself needed a little salt, but was otherwise good...and definitely very comforting and filling. I'm not sure if I'll try this place again or not.

Pros: service was fast & friendly. Loved the idea of calling out your favorite childhood TV show. Coffee was good. Cons: chicken was dry dry dry. Biscuits did not have any flavor and again dry. Thank goodness for some leftover sauces in those hot sauce bottles, most were almost empty, wonder why.
