Unique mall though it will remind you of different places from other countries.. lots of food choices and a nice place to shop! Lots of pretty spots to take photos too haha 🙂

Feels like You are in disneyland. Great atmosphere but can get pretty crowded. It’s a good place to hangout. A lot of areas are crossing outdoors, so it could be anoying if it’s raining.

You can go using Resort Liner, but it will take some time as it is next to Bayside Station and Disney Sea Station.

Ikspiari is by far the closest from Maihama Station.

There are sweets limited to Maihama store in Ikspiari's Dayney store. Land and sea in Bombayage, 2 minutes from Ikspiari entrance. There are all Disney Resort products and, of course, sweets too!
At Maihama Station, go right and go! It is on the left. The parking lot is added to the parking ticket at Bombayage, when Ikspiari parking lot is used, and the parking fee is free according to the shopping price. Certainly 3000 yen 2 hours.
