Great hot and cold comforting food ^_^ even as a quick meal you'll be satisfied. Some of the foods their are a little heavy on the salt but other than that its one of my GO TOO's

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!! HAS A COLEAGATE ATMOSPHERE. THE MANAGER IS FRIENDLY... HE'S ALSO STERN WHICH HELPS KEEP ORDER TO THE PLACE N MAKES SURE THIS PLACE IS VERY CLEAN, HE TAKES PERSONAL INTEREST WITH HIS CUSTOMER IN HIS FOOD CHOICE. Manna's used to be better back in the day. For the amount that they charge for their buffet (by the pound), the food should be waayyyy better tasty. .

I stopped in here on a whim because I was hungry. I loaded up a styrofoam container with chicken, a few samplings of different salads and, of course, Mac 'n cheese and collard greens. The only thing I was disappointed in was the Mac 'n cheese, but probably because it wasn't as fresh as the other dishes.This place is no frills with solid, good soul food. There are certain dishes I wouldn't touch (if you're into pigs' feet, knock yourself out!) but I look forward to coming back and trying something new.Be prepared to pay per pound.

The food was excellent and the customer service was outstanding, can't wait to go back. I selected the salmon, fried fish, collards and red potatoes---food tasted like it was cooked at home.
