Manhattan Pizza

The staff is so friendly! They always greet with a smile and are ready to provide help. The pizza is phenomenal and my kids and husband love it! I had a superfood salad and it was really good. For $10 it was worth having a filling healthy alternative while the rest of my family had pizza. Even my 4 year old daughter had some of it!

This is our favorite delivery pizza place now. I love that they have whole wheat crust and my picky kids love the pizza. Usually if you want a healthier version of something you have to make it yourself, this is such a nice break for me! Also, I happened to meet the owner/manager while at the dry cleaners next door and he was incredibly friendly and kind.

Delicious thin crust pizza! The customer service is really great too! They got my order wrong one time and I called, they were very nice about it and put a credit on my account which I used about a month later with no issues.

I specially asked for extra crispy wings. They were soggy and undercooked. The steak and cheese looked tasted old. The onion rings were overcook. Absolutely a waste of money. I didn’t finish any of my food. The delivery person was nice. I will not order again from them. Extremely disappointing.

Manhattan Pizza is our favorite pizza joint in town. Perfect NY style pizza every time we order. I also enjoy their Gyro and Philly cheese-steak entrees.

We ordered a large pizza, meatball sub, and garlic knots tonight. The pizza was delivered completely smashed, it was terrible. All up in the corner and folded in half. My husband called and spoke to Andrew, he was immediately apologetic and gave us the option for a credit or a fresh pizza. We have a few people here and could only salvage half the pizza so asked for a fresh one. We asked if they wanted a picture and they said absolutely not. Our fresh perfectly looking pizza arrived at our door in 15 mins. We believe he also delivered with an apology and a smile. It was truly appreciated and everything was hot and delicious! Manhattan will continue to be our favorite pizza spot in Leesburg!

Ordered a simple large cheese pizza with pepperoni (free thanks to loyalty points!), chicken strips, and a gyro. All that needs to be said is that everything was heavenly, delivery was fast, and I can't wait till the next round. Seriously some of the best pizza I've ever had!!

This is our go-to pizza place in Northern VA! Everything is high quality, from their pizza to their salads and sandwiches. Also, the wings are fantastic. Their online ordering site is easy to use and their rewards program is great. Would highly recommend for a NY-style pizza experience.

I normally receive great food from Manhattan, however, I have never experienced poor customer service from Manhattan Pizza in Leesburg until recently. I placed an order via phone call and told the lady on the phone that the order was for pick up. When I arrived, I parked at the sign that said curbside pick up as usual. I noticed the lady saw my car, while 5 other workers stood at the counter. Literally, no one came to my car to ask what my order was for 5 minutes straight. I then went and stood at the door because we can't go in due to COVID-19. I saw my order near the counter. I cannot tell you how many employees did not even acknowledge me until 4 minutes passed by and then they asked what I was here for.This is unacceptable! When your restaurant is in curbside business, the least they could do is come to the car and ask what your order was. I am completely disappointed with the customer service I experienced.

Drive up experience was super easy, someone came right out and asked for a name, brought our order out right away. Took a total of two minutes. Good food as always
