Sub par at best, I expected a bacon egg and cheese sandwich to at least have the bagel toasted, let alone the cheese still in a block on the sandwich.

Great food. The staff is very friendly and fast, awesome customer service. Was introduced to the food by a friend, but now i go there always. Love Manhattan Bagel.

I just called to place an order for pick up (Covid-19 era). Some lady gave me so much attitude on the phone and everytime I say what I want all she can say is "IS THAT IT?" Really? I understand people are stressed during this time but DAMN it doesn't mean you're excused from being polite to your customers. SO RUDE
