Mango's Tequila Bar

It isn't often that I come across a restaurant that gets a complete 5 star rating...but this was without a doubt one of the BEST Mexican restauraunts I've come across. The food was phenominally good. The margaritas were delicious. The atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. The staff were warm and helpful. And the plave is tactfully decorated. Only thing that was off was I thought it was odd to walk all the way through the restaurant to the back to get seated by the host/hostess.Also this is the only "Mexican" restaurant I've been to that serves an American menu as well. (Mostly burgers and fries.) Fantastic. I'll definitely be back when I swing through here again.

Great take on nachos by making fajita nachoes. A must try. Great food and great atmosphere.

Mango’s is such a pleasant location for enjoying a meal with family or friends. They have an extensive menu, great drinks, great choices for beer (including craft beers), and the ambiance is wonderful. If you like eating outside they have a nice patio with umbrella covered tables. Food is top notch. Danielle our server was perfect. Always there just when you need her and not too much. Owners are involved and make sure guests are happy. If not they’ll make it right. A must visit place when you are in Alpena.
