This place never fails to deliver. They have good food for affordable pricing, there are no long waits even when the spot is packed.

Woke up with a craving for some good ackee & salt fish. This was the only place that I could find nearby that was open at 8am. Stopped in and was greeted and order taken immediately with a few options given. Unfortunately, there were no fries plantains so instead I had to get the boiled banana. Instead of the boiled dumpling I decided on the fried ones and received 3 large dumplings. This large portion(at least for me and it was a small) was only $9. Ok on to the taste. It really wasn't bad at all. I wasn't expecting much flavor but there was and it was fresh, didn't taste like it was just warmed up. Small lil cozy place. Not sure if I'd stay and eat but the food was good.

Cashier was good food is what you would expect from a jamaican restaurant.

I was looking for oxtails and this spot came up. It was along my commute home so I decided to stop. The guy was friendly. He asked me was it my first time there and let me taste the salad before I purchased it which was really nice. I got a medium oxtails, rice, and salad (which is like a coleslaw) and my second platter was jerk chickens, Mac and yams. The food was really good and platters were huge portions. The flavor was really good. Price a couple dollars more than what I’m used to paying but I feel it’s definitely worth it considering portion size. Overall I would definitely be back here.

I call this marvelous place many times because I love the ambiance that is outline this restaurant. The crew is highly welcoming and experienced. The service is awfully rapid. Not to mention, the food they serve is good. I visited often and I was always pleased. The rate is honest. I suggest this place to to all.

Was my inviting at all. Walked in with my family to try out a new spot and no one was around to greet you. Waited like 5 minutes before some one came out and by the time they came frtom the back we were already walking out.

two days ago was the first time we visited this good restaurant. But It is surely not the last time. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the attentive service, with the great food and fine drinks and with the friendly payment. We will no doubt visit there in a short time.

Food was not that great. I had high hopes based off of the reviews and pictures. I was disappointed. The rice and peas were fine nothing special the jerk chicken a little too spicy for my liking. The Mac and cheese was the absolute worst!! Bland barely any cheese all white. I thought ok maybe they used white cheddar but after tasting it, it was just sad and bland didn’t even taste baked. I saw a pic of someone else’s review my Mac and cheese looked nothing like that pic it was a mess!! It’s like they just didn’t care

I absolutely enjoy their food and customer service, great location next to my home. The staff members are always friendly. Will come visit again.

I’ve been trying out Jamaican restaurants and so far this is my top pick. The plate was considerately wrapped in plastic to avoid messy spilling from the oxtail gravy. The proportions were well worth the price especially for the macaroni and cheese, which was baked and seasoned reminding me of my grandmother’s. Everything was delicious and I can’t wait to order from them again. Thanks for the yummy experience!
