One thing I can tell you for sure. Don't blame the waiters/waitresses. I have been going there for years, I know the wait staff, kitchen staff and the owners personally. I can tell you the owners treat their a staff like cattle. They get paid almost nothing and they are expected to work like animals behind a whip. Give them a break, be a little understanding and if you want to blame somebody, blame the owners. They refuse to do right by the people that make their restaurants so successful.
Denis... have you ever tried to "tell" an Italian business man how to run his business? You give it a try and let me know how it turns out. Lol. I have mentioned it to him in passing several times over the years and it never goes well so I just tip very well when I go in.
They make some descent mixed drinks also!
It's not really necessary, seating is usually quick. I have run into a wait yet even when they have been busy.
