Mama’s Dough

Best xiao long bao in Seattle/Kent! The dough is super thin and the soup dumplings has a lot of flavor. The braised beef wrap is so flavorful. The cilantro is refreshing and the scallion wrap is crispy but still has a chewy texture. You won't be able to share it. Medium size restaurant w/ quick service.

Came here as many did after the Seattle Times article came out. The wait was long but not unreasonably so. The food was good and I liked everything we ordered but I don't think it quite loved up to the hype of the article. Overall good, but not so good that I think you should wait an hour or more when there are many fine establishments it's neighbors.

We went to this restaurant for dinner yesterday! Food are delicious!!!! But we forgot to take picture for their crab/pork Xiao Long Bao! Super yummmmmy! Good service! I highly recommend this restaurant!
