Mama Mia Place

I'd been waiting to try this place since it opened. My partner and I decided to come here with another couple for dinner. I got the nachos. They DO have cheese on them, even though the menu doesn't list it as a topping lol. They were pretty good and layered decently. My friend had the taco salad. It came with fried tortilla which we thought would be the delicious fried tortilla shell that many taco salads come in. Unfortunately it was just a few tortilla chips. My partner and I also tried the Truffle Arancini to start. They were really good and had an interesting Mexican flare. Quite a few things on the menu I'd like to try. I'd like to come back and stay for some more drinks too. Good local gastropub.

Nice place that combines some retro and contemporary styles. Menu has an adequate amount of choices, making choosing easy. Had a beer from tap "Woodhouse" which was very nice. Good casual place for meet ups and hangouts. Has 3 tv which was playing CBC and CP24, probably plays sports when there are some.

Service was good. Great/large variety of beers on tap. Had a delicious caesar salad with chicken. Reasonably priced for the area.
