Delicious food. Great for your cheat day or a comfort food fix. The papas fritas are a must try.

This place is great -- really good tacos, sopes (basically flat tacos) and margaritas. Get the milanesa (breaded steak) tacos and the al pastor (pork) sopes especially. Vegetarian stuff is tasty too, good enough for meat-itarians too.

My wife and were impressed. The chips and salsa were perfect. We're convinced they put ranch seasoning in their salsa, because it takes like no other salsa we've ever had and is AMAZING!The margaritas were really good too! For sure stop here if you are in NW DC. It may be one of the best Mexican restaurants in DC and the service was excellent!

The food is absolutely perfect! Portion/cost/quality/service (Illai) are completely on point! This is an absolute gem of a place in an area you would NEVER think to look! If you pass this place up, you're foolish!
