Makai poke co

Loved it! We went especially for the sushi pizza, and we were not disappointed by any means. Great flavor good options and an awesome concept/eating experience. Anyone especially sushi lovers will le this place. Staff was also very friendly! YUM!

Been a few times and tried the poke bowls, poke pizza, and their hot dogs. Everything has been good but the "pizza" is a little awkward to eat

Service is great and food is great. Order ahead though during busy hours as it takes time for them to prepare orders when they're busy

Poke has been popping up along the East Coast quite fast, and it's nice to see it making a scene in Hoboken now. My friends and I were gathered outside this place considering what to eat and one of the staff members invited us inside to try out their shop since it had just opened. The staff members were very friendly and helpful with their menus, the food super fresh and yummy, and the place spotless and clean. Couldn't have asked for a better place when you're in downtown Hoboken looking for a nice, refreshing spot to eat and have a conversation with friends (and it's not a loud bar). Highly recommend this spot!!

Kona bowl is fresh, spicy, and delicious. Fast service and casual environment. Great choices of custom bows vs signature bowls.

Great service and awesome poke bowls. I came in here to try it out after doing a job in the area. I built my own bowl and got two proteins shrimp and crab. Overall the bowl was very delicious and fresh products. Decent size bowl as well. Will be back to try the açaí bowls and maybe their Hawaiian hotdogs!

Good food and great service considering that I'm at a pre- college program with a ton of other students. Mochi icecream here is lovely. Note: They do not serve the poké fish but have tuna and salmon.

This place is great. I am addicted to Poke. I built my own Poke bowl and it was delicious. The Poke bowl builder was super nice and super helpful and let me try a variety of sauces. I highly recommend this place. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they didn't mix the bowl. When I ate it, I had a great bite of mango, a great bite of tuna, etc because they were all scooped and clustered together. My bite of just onions and just jalapeno were a bit too overpowering. The dish would have been even better had they mixed the bowl and the flavors.

I eat here twice a week...I rarely eat at a restaurant more than once in a months time. Awesome place.

Finally a poké place in hoboken! This place is pretty standard, but that's fine by me. I got two proteins, tuna and spicy tuna (they didn't have salmon that night) and both were great. This place has a higher than normal amount of free add-ons, which is a good thing. Only thing that was odd was the adding crab meat. It couldn't be a normal protein, so I had to pay extra, and then it was either a full add for $3 or partial add for $1. I went for the 1 but was confused because it was barely anything.Other than that, the servers were really nice as I asked a million questions and the food was good. Also, it's BYOB which is definitely a plus.
