Very clean, workers are very nice and helpful. Food is on the expensive side BUT the sandwiches are huge, the ingredients are fresh, the bread phenomenal so it is definitely well worth it.

We ordered by phone and picked up our food only 10 minutes later. The Greek salad was perfect. The Italian sub was good, but it had so much meat on it I had to take some off. I could barely get it in my mouth. That is not really a criticism. The portions were generous. The prices were fair and reasonable. It is as good as any Delicatessen in Ann Arbor. I have not been to Zingerman's for a long time. But it seems like they are quite a bit more expensive.

HUGE sandwiches that are absolutely delicious. You will 100% find something on their gigantic menu. Plus the owner is usually in and is a great guy!

Best sandwiches in the city... Perhaps the best in the state. My favorite is #25, "Mimi's Beginning". For about ten bucks you'll get a sandwich so big you can't get your mouth around it, served with a huge pickle half. If you are visiting A2 and can't make up your mind, this is a solid choice. They must have close to 100 creatively designed sandwiches listed on the wall, grouped by type of meat (turkey, roast beef, pastrami, corned beef, etc).

Amazing food! Love the sandwiches and the bread that they use is delicious! I do get order anxiety, though. A lot of options. Never know what to choose next.

Sandwiches were good size and delicious. Nice selection of high quality meets. There is a wall there that has been signed by past and present players that went to University of Michigan. That alone is worth the visit.

More times than not when I’m in Ann Arbor I hit up Maize and Blue Deli. I get the only thing I’ve ever had there. Nancy’s lovely choice. I have no desire to try anything else. It’s perfect.

I love this place! The portion of deli in their subs is too much but will never get sick from it. I always get my money worth except that one time I got gluten free bread and my sandwich was almost $20, nonetheless I love it
