the best sashimi don i ever had. All the best of chiba in focus in a bowl. the tuna tataki had a creamy buttery mouth feel. the rest of sashimi is so fresh. even the rice is delicious on it's own. The fried seafood was well executed, not oily and perfect crunch. Thank you to all the CHIBA rice farmers, fisherman and chefs !!! to bring this maiwai to life.
