Was attracted by their slogan “a bit of Paris in NYC” Great vibe and realized later they’ve had so many branches in Manhattan. In such a competitive café world and high standards in NYC, their coffee and desserts are still great. The most important thing is that you could really feel some Parisian details in it, like their French-speaking staff.

Late lunch...just had the scrambled eggs so not quite as rich as other offerings on the menu. Served with sourdough that was tasty and just the right texture with the eggs

My favorite cafe and dessert/ patisserie. I loooveeee everything they do with chocolate, you can try all of them are so good. There are so many shops all over New York that is so convenient. The bread is delicious too, and I like to grab something from their shop and cross to Bryant park to enjoy it. It’s definitely a staple every time I visit the city.

Pricey, but deliciousness is the name of the game. My child love it as well.

I had an amazing experience dining at maison kayser on Thursday morning for breakfast.The host was sweet, personable and professional.She directed my party and I to our tables then made sure we were comfortable in our seats.Our server Karen was amazing she was attentive,informative and patient.The avocado toast Was delicious I was a bit disappointed in the scrambled eggs .Though , I would still come back again to try the Croque madame .

Baked goodies of exceptional quality. Naturally always very busy, though wait staff do a tremendous job of taking care of you. There is such a variety of food that you can always return and try out something new and incredible.

Amazing food! Great place to have a calm meal with your toddler ( as calm as it can be!).

Had coffee and avocado toast here and have tried many desserts as well. Their breads are delicious too and my favorite is walnut bread. Their brunch menu is excellent too and a treat to enjoy. Must try when near a location.

This place kind of has this "fancy" feeling. both in terms of decoration of the store, and the desserts. This was one of the main reasons the dishes were a bit disappointing. Nothing was as great as it strives to be. Even though this place was nice, something about it felt to me like I was being "tricked".

Good location for a quick work lunch, not any louder than all the other lunch places around midtown. Quick and consistent service.

Please stop putting ice in the cold brew. It tastes like drip coffee that has been iced. If you're going to do that, dont call it cold brew and dont charge $4. Your previous recipe (last summer) was much better and now I regret recommending it to friends.

The food and coffee is very good. Then employees are not as professional and or attentive as in other locations. I found that the location on Fifth Avenue is a larger location, cleaner and is staffed by a very professional and focused team. This location needs to be cleaner and more organized. The manager is never around and he does not follow up on issues or problems at the location. This location could be much better, it needs more attention from HQ as it is in a prime and expensive real estate and location in NYC.

Delicious pastries! Nice atmosphere, and good lattes as well. Great place to sit and chat or to work on a project.
