Great breakfast selection of warm food. Excellent array of baked goods, including gluten free!

Visited on a real busy Sunday afternoon; weather was awesome for Feb when we decided to visit the Old North Bridge site and walked the 1/2mile or so to Concord center and found Main St Cafe among a hunch of great shops. Place was hopping. Great selection of really good food, drinks, and a friendly curtious staff. Once seated, service was fast and our choices were perfect!No pic of cafe, but Bridge is a short, nice walk down the street...

2.5-3 star: Came on an early Sunday morning (8/25/2019). Server didn't place our order correctly. Ordered two fried eggs but only one came. Home fries were cold when it was served. One of the home fries was upgraded to their special version but regular home fries were served instead. The place wasn't busy at that time. Only three table (8 adult guests) and the place has opened for about an hour when we got there. Service was slow too. It was a disappointing experience.

Had late bfast with my wife and it was a great experience. Food was excellent as well as Eddie our waiter. Highly recommend if u r in the area!!!

Main Streets Market & Cafe was excellent. Very big selection of various dishes and the staff is very curtious and pleasant. The chili was very good for a sweet squash chili. Very unique and comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely come back while in the area.

It's hard to find, but the hot chocolate was well worth going down the alley to find.

Very busy, staff did their best to attend everyone. They work as a team which is appreciated. Great food at a good price. Plenty of seating. Great menu options. Plenty of meter parking.

Went to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. The owner overheard us talking about it and gave us a Dessert on the house. Staff was friendly, the decor is great. Can't wait to go back for dinner because the menu look so good. We'll worth the trip.

Great variety of foods, clean place, great help, swift service and moderate pricing...located in a 250 year old former bank....

I love this place very much. there is a very nice air. The meals are superb. the service is efficient and the team is professional. The cost is honest. profoundly recommend.

Ordered the street tacos of the day, was told it was steak. Arrived as dry, overcooked and underseasoned chicken and there were barely any toppings. Long wait for the food as well.
