Mai Chau on Prospect

A great place to eat and spend time. I love the atmosphere, the old Vietnamese propaganda posters and the adjacent brewery. I would recommend pho, Mai Chau Hot wings and the pull pork banh mi. I just wish that there were less of disposable items such as plastic spoons, plastic folks, plastics cups (I appreciate that I got a real glass when I asked for it), wet wipes (customers could go to the rest room to wash their hands), chopsticks (the reusable ones are very easy to wash), and the paper boxes for pho veggies (why not just put them on a plate. I would be happy over the top to come back again and again if you could take some of them off the list gradually... <3

They catered a business event and absolutely knocked it out of the park. Quick service and delicious food! I would absolutely consider this some of the best Vietnamese I've ever had. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Big portions and great atmosphere inside. It was my first time here but it was easy to order. I got the Sriracha Chicken and rice bowl. There was a lot to eat in the bowl, with a very tasty peanut flavor sauce on top. Rice was cooked perfect and the other ingredients, lettuce in the bottom, cucumber, and carrots were very fresh. The chicken was cooked well and tasted great.I also ordered the S'more bun which was a perfect ending to a meal. It was somewhat small but good sized for the price. The only downside was having to smell it's great smell while trying to focus on my rice bowl. Just kidding, the smores smell reminded me of the treat waiting for me at the end of my meal.I had a gift card I bought at a charity auction, and this was my first time in Granville. My visit here left me impressed with the little town. I ended up giving the rest of my card up and bought a round of beer for the kitchen. Good service, very clean place, and great food with good portion sizes!

Decided to check them out for a vegan Pho special and was not disappointed! Staff was knowledgeable about vegan selections and it was quick and priced perfectly for the serving size. Will visit again!

They brew 3 beers locally at this place, all of which were fantastic. Combine it with amazing food, modern decor and good service. 10 out of freaking 10.

My friend and I came here. We ordered almost everything. The food was good but we could both tell the flavors were toned down for a more Americanized crowd. The Pho did not have the same richness to it than a more traditional broth. The Bahn Mi we ordered was good, but again I did not taste any Vietnamese fermented sausage in it. Most of what we ordered was good food, but if you are looking for real authentic Vietnamese richness and fermented flavors, this place may disappoint you. The staff was very nice and excited to see us get all the menu. It was a fun experience.

I first had Mai Chau at the Columbus Food Truck Festival, then my company got the same food truck for lunch today. Each time their food is exceptionally delicious and the staff always friendly, even though they're crazy busy. Great food & staff. Would recommend to anyone.

First time visiting. We love trying new things and had our next meals picked out before we left! We heard the service was great and it's true. Polite, helpful and attentive.looking forward to returning!

Love the food here and be sure to try the same food, but with Craft-brewed beer next door at Three Tigers.

1st visit the restaurant was excellent. Service was great; were very friendly and helpful. 2nd visit on the other hand, not so much. Staff were no where to be seen when needed help. Waitress who took order was Rude and had zero enthusiasm. Just plopped food in front of you and ran off before could say anything. 3rd visit got even worse. Found multiple strands of long black Hair in the food. Was totally disgusting! Each visit when we went we sat near the window for a nice view of the town. The windows are very dirty and have dead Bugs on the window seals. Also, there are flies flying around you constantly when your trying to eat! The tables are nice and big, but the chairs used are hard cold metal that are not comfortable at all. Health department, Granville and Owners need to do inspect what is going on at this restaurant! I really would expect better quality from Granville.
