One of the top 3 cupcake bakeries of downtown. (Other ones are: Sprinkles, and Molly's) I loved their Red Velvet. Can chose to have cream cheese icing rather than vanilla if you want to tone down the sweetness just a little. Right on Magnificent Mile so can grab a cupcake and go shopping around!

This was a fantastic stop. You cannot go wrong with any of their treats. The environment was chic and clean. I enjoyed watching the line of pastry chefs working behind the glass. If you find yourself in downtown Chicago- I highly recommend this bakery for a small treat.

I don’t even like banana pudding but I love their banana pudding. So glad I listened to a friend many years ago and tried - well maybe not because now whenever I’m in a city with a magnolia bakery I gotta stop in for some. Le sigh!

My friends and I are from Oklahoma and we don’t have a Magnolia bakery. One of them suggested we try this place because she had read the reviews concerning the banana pudding. All I can say is, the reviews were not wrong. It truly was the best banana pudding I have ever had in my life. Would love to take some back home with me but unfortunately, we can’t because of our flight :/ Thank you so much for the pleasant experience!!

I love their banana pudding! It's not too sweet. I also tried a German chocolate cheesecake that was amazing. They also offer free water cups of water.

We tried German chocolate, not bad. They gave us a big slice, would be enough for three people. I don't know why they call it chocolate, there was no chocolate in it. Weird. I enjoyed the tea. The place is depressing. Decor is old fashioned and messy looking, needs definitely an update.

I would say it was a pleasant experience. I always wanted to go here and finally did today with a few friends. We all got different stuff. I got a chocolate cake, someone got banana pudding, and someone got a cupcake. I'd say most of us were happy with our choices. I think they have a very good bakery stuff. I mean my chocolate cake was very simple but it was delicious for what it was. Having said all that, their drink could improve a lot. My mocha, was very mediocre. And I don't think any of us also thought the drinks were exceptional, just really mediocre. But I am willing to go there again and try other things, the banana pudding and the cupcakes were really really good.

This is a beautiful boutique bakery shop, as you walk-in you’ll kind of time travel to the past. The ambience is very soothing.My wife had Caffè Latte and she liked it very much.The restroom is for customers only and we could ask for the key from one of the staffs. It’s clean.

Magnolia Bakery, New York! That pastel walls, chirping people choosing what to pick, drew my attention towards this fantastic bakery.I was searching for some respite from cold, so I grabbed a carrot and raisins cake with a large Chai latte. 100% authentic make of such cakes can be found only in chains like Magnolia Bakery! I recommend this place for every age group. I met the child within once again here.
