Some of the best ice cream I have ever had!

Good, but the line idea must be changed.

The peach ice cream was extremely soft and melted all over my hands, face and clothing. I spoke to the manager and all he could do was say he was sorry! Very poor customer service skills! This could of been an easy fix. I will not return nor will I ever recommend Maggie Moos to anyone.

One person was taking care of customers and another was chatting with her while she worked (and while I waited standing directly across from her at the counter). After about 3 minutes of chatting, she turned to stare at me. No greeting, just an annoyed stare. I ordered my stuff, she slopped it into a cup and put a lid on it, slapped it on the counter and walked away. Someone else rang me up. There was too much ice cream in it and the lid wasn’t on so it got all over the sides and lid. I wrapped it in a napkin and tried to get the lid on. I never did get a spoon. I wound up eating a little bit and throwing it away since I didn’t want it all over my car.

Still good cold-stone combined ice cream treats. Not a bad value. Great incentive for the kids you dragged around Exton.

We stopped in here for a school fundraiser. The service and selection was good, but I found the ice cream a little too sweet for my taste. My daughter, however, loved it.

Ice cream is delicious! Poor service. Literally only 2 customers in the building, my boyfriend and myself. My boyfriend blatantly said “oh I know what I want, you go.”, I ordered mine. Was handed mine. My boyfriend on the other hand didn’t get the chance to. Because checking your phone and walking away was the proper thing to do. While we stood there dumbfounded. I’m even more dumbfounded at the managers response to my complaint. “Ok, what do you want me to do?”... way to ruin our Maggie moo experience. Good job. Your parents should be so proud of you excellent work ethic/customer service skills 👏🏻

Wonderful small local ice cream place. Tons of flavors and candy toppings. Decent prices. Delicious. Staff are great. There is a lone table inside to eat in, so either get it to go or eat standing up.

Wide variety, fast friendly service, and more toppings than any person could eat. I like to get crazy with flavor combinations, and they take it as a personal challenge to make it happen. Highly recommended!
