Maggiano's - Old Orchard

I had a wonderful lasagna, very nice restaurant and beautiful bar. The lower level is like a step back in time to 1920s, weddings banquet rooms ,conferences rooms,small intimate private dining rooms & large banquet rooms all with beautiful would bars and serving stations.Even if you're not there you should take a look at this beautiful classic intimate dining spaces and beautiful party rooms.

Decent atmosphere, and the meal for two is an incredible deal. You choose either side salads or a starter, one entree each, a dessert to share, and then get a classic pasta to take home. We got the mushroom caps, mushroom ravioli for him and lasagna for me, and the chocolate cherry cake. It was all delicious. I couldn't finish my food, as the portions were enormous, so we had lasagna to take home, too.

Always a good experience at this place. Incredible food, great service, clean restaurant and restroom. There was a little incident with the valet parking, but things happen and I've been coming to this restaurant for years and never an issue

Your average busy middle of the road Italian restaurant. Typical menu. Very busy and can be rather loud. I have found the tables and the floor can often be sticky. Restrooms are downstairs. Its size and volume gives it that impersonal/just another number type of feel. Its consistent and that is its appeal in my view - you know what you are getting and it isn't awful.

Superb ambience and super attentive service. The meals were crisp and yummy. Will clearly recommend this place to anyone. Reasonable rates and large portions. Good job.

I love the food. I was able to get a meal that was specifically made for me because of my food allergies. Everyone was concerned and helpful and nice. I will go back.

Nothing below average here. Foods was on point. Fresh ingredients, light on flavors and seasoning, presentation was decent but this is shopping mall restaurant. Drinks menu was relatively good. Wine list was simple but covered cocktails list was good as well. Services are excellent and food came out pretty fast. Valet parking available or find your own free parking it's not that hard.A lot of excellent Italian restaurants out there but not in this area.

Can't ever go wrong with some Maggiano's. Good choices and great value- somehow you're going home with more food than what you ate at the restaurant.

Great place to go everytime I'm in Chicago. A lot of awesome Italian selections. And they give you a dozen pasta dish to take home

Always good hot fresh food, the service and servers are hit or miss. Sometimes the service is on point with a friendly outgoing service then there's times when the service is slow or non existent you gotta send smoke signals to get a server or they bring your food and you never see them till check and tip time and as always there so outgoing and nice then conveniently.

Food and dessert were excellent as always. They're doing things right in back of house. There is a bleach blonde waitress who treats the customers with the utmost respect, attention and a smile... Wish we could have her as a server just once for Pete's sake. Our server was 'different'. Probably the result of a long tiring shift, I can understand. I've been in the industry myself for fifteen years but the manager should cut these people early shift if they know they can't hack it. What I really wanted to say though was that the servers start sweeping before they close and this guy was slamming the broom against the dustpan causing a very loud, annoying and obnoxious banging noise while we were still eating. Very disruptive/disrespectful. I hold people to the regard that they are smart enough to know they're causing a disturbance, in that I feel like it is their very intention to be bothersome. We will still return.
