We have stopped shipping cheese until the Christmas season beginning in November. All other non-dairy products are shipped year round.
If it has a wax coating do not remove the wax except the from part you are going to use. Cover the exposed cheese with plastic wrap and store in a gallon zip loc. Make sure to press out as much air from the zip loc before completely dealing it.
