I'd give them 10/5 stars if I could. I'll get to the meat in a bit, but the first thing people should know is that these people are extremely nice and really focused on treating people well. I've come in right as they're closing and they don't act put out to take care of one more customer. I've asked if they have any more of a certain cut and even though they're at the end of the day, they'll cut a few more. On top of their amazing customer friendly approach, their food is just great. Their cream corn has this amazing smoky flavor - and now just writing this review, my mouth is watering. Tonight, I bought their prime sirloins and grilled them for the family. THEY WERE THE BEST STEAKS I'VE HAD IN A YEAR!!! Yeah, tonight I set my weight loss goals back by a week at least but I regret nothing.

Bought my first steaks from this place over the weekend. Amazingly tender! Their steaks were far better than the Prime cuts you will get from the local supermarkets. Worth every penny.

For starters, I give this place 10 stars for the food alone. The sandwiches are unbelievably good. But, interestingly enough I've never been there. I've been stuck in long-term care for the last 2 months and I don't even live in Kansas city. My buddy went there to pick up sandwiches. The second time he went there he got the talking to the owner and told him about my situation. The owner sent me a few extra things and it really made my day! To sum it all up. The food is awesome! I'm not from Kansas City and I'm stuck in the long-term care for a bit and a stranger went out of his way to be empathetic and do something to make my time better. Thank you!

Wow what a great meat and deli store! Reuben sandwich is a pound of pastrami and delicious 😋. Meat counter of homemade brats, filets, etc.

I know a good thing when I taste it. Madison is a great location for all your meat purchases; and more. My mothers family are cattle people from Iowa. They taught me to go to your local butcher. The products are sourced from local ranchers and the quality is outstanding. Garret and all the folks will meet any request you have. If you try them, you will be a long time customer, like I am. Why pay more and get less at any grocer in Overland Park?

Went to get some andouille sausage because I don't care for what the grocery store carry. It turned out to be real good. Also tried the homemade steak soup. A bit pricey but it was good. Yheir other meats looked really good. I am cheap and struggle with the price even though it seems to be good quality. We will be back to try other items.

Really good sandwich! I got the pastrami rueben and pasta salad. There's no place to sit and eat so be prepared to take it to go. Sides are deli style sides, pasta salad, Coleslaw or chips. Nice thick napkins come with the plasticware. Drink options were bottled sodas. Only disappointment was lack of single portion desserts. I wanted a cookie or brownie but I loved my sandwich and will go back.

Well, one advice. Sausages were amazing, ribs so so. We orders 3 slabs, 1 was awesome the other 2 so much brown sugar on top that you think was a cake, we had to scrub sugar off the slabs so we can eat them.
