It wasn’t bad. Customer service was good The dough had a weird texture and taste to it. I thought they did a decent joke with the cooking and filling but the overall product was taken away because of the taste of the dough.Decently priced.Semi fast serviceOverall not bad. Might try it again.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a large cheese pizza and received cheese sticks instead. I called in and was told she accidentally had the pizza cut like it was cheese sticks, but it was a cheese pizza. Was told a manager would contact me but never did...Stay away. Extremely rude and unprofessional. There is a huge difference between cheese sticks and a cheese pizza!

Where to start. First they told us 30 to 40 min delivery time. After about an hr we call and check and they said 5 min. 15 min later we call again and they said 2 min. It was on the weekend so we kind of expected it, no biggy. Finally get our delivery, we ordered fried mushrooms.. got cheese sticks. Went for a slice of pizza and saw ash all on the bottom of the pizza. Called back to tell them, they seem to not care. So we asked for a manager, the manager refused to speak to us because they were busy. No refund of money of any kind, no "sorry we messed your order up and maybe dropped your pizza in ashes" or anything. Told them pics would be posted, they said that's fine, soo here I am. Not sure how to post pics, but we have pics of ash on the bottom of our pizza, nasty.

Best pizza in downtown! Awesome crust with great tasting and fresh ingredients. I had the truffle-flavored pizza which really tasted like truffle, along with Parmesan and porcini mushrooms (they were very nice to accommodate a substitution to make it vegetarian). Could have been the best pizza of my life!!! My wife had the diavolo pizza with pepperoni, peppers and olives, which she also loved. The kids had awesome bunny-shaped kid-sized cheese pizzas. All of our plates were completely empty at the end of this great meal!

Madekine Pizaa is clearly popular as we did have to wait a little - it would appear you have more chance if you are happy to go inside which we did. Good range of pizzas that are freshly cooked and not too filling as some can be. The rest of the menu was aslo excellent

The pasta and rolls was really delicious but the delivery is super slow, maybe try dine in for maximum results

I placed an order on line and it never arrived. I tried several times to contact the restaurant directly but the phone just rings and rings. Slice tried calling all the numbers supplied to them including the so called manager and no one answered. I’m sorry but if you are in the food service and delivery business then you need to answer your damn phone and service your customers who are paying to keep you in business. Definitely NO ONE ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!!!

I finally ordered pizza from Madeline Pizza and it was incredible. One, the staff was competent and kind on the phone. Two, picking up on a Sunday night was easy. Most importantly, the pizza was one of the best I've ever had. The temperature was just right, it was cooked perfectly, and the flavors were balanced.

I still love Madeline's Pizza. I will probably always love Madeline's Pizza. They serve consistently great pizza's, my favorite food. All the food groups in one place, at the same time, good hot or cold, no utensils needed, perfect portions for sharing (or not)...you know what I'm saying.Besides that, still a great spot for awesome pizza pies.Super !!! They had a special menu for pizza ordered a medium pepperoni pizza & it was delicious! Really liked this place sad probably won't ever come back cause I don't live here only visiting for the weekend but if I do ever visit Nashville, TN ill definitely come back here loved it ! !I will be back!

With the restaurant and staff, just good memory. It was indeed my first visit to this pizza center that attracted my attention. I have the opportunity, therefore, to rejuvenate here. I'm back in this comfortable and attractive restaurant to try out other feeder and have an awesome time.

The pizza was good, the best I've hadI enjoyed the pizza, good, but was warm not hot when delivered.No words need to be said.Wonderful pizzas. They have the best peppers and always fresh ingredients. I usually decline having peppers on my pizza unless I'm at a restaurant and can have my order changed if they put on soggy or old peppers. Madeline always has perfect! The best pizza! Truly a favorite! Quality pizza with great toppings & great taste! Employees rock and so do their coupons! Never discounted! Thanks Madeline!

Edit: Manager called me this same night and offered to make the mistake right. Finally took them up on the offer tonight. Let me tell you, they definitely came through! The pizza they delivered tonight was just like pizza back home in Philly or NJ. It tasted amazing. The dough/cheese/sauce ratio was perfect, and the pizza was the correct size. If this is the consistent quality, and my first experience was a fluke, this will be my go to pizza place from now on. Will update the review after I order a third time. I definitely recommend ordering from them for a good NY style pizza. First experience: Paid for a 20” pizza and received one that wasn’t even 18”. Pizza wasn’t cut all the way through and there was too much cheese. But, the taste was okay.

Whenever somebody suggests pizza for lunch/dinner ... I always suggest Madeline Pizza&Pasta.There's a few pizzas here that I have to get every time. I'm a big believer that the sit down experience is vastly different than the slice house. 10/10 I'm going to choose the sit down option, because the pizza is fresher and tastier to meÑŽ They have Yelp Waitlist because it's makes the wait time a lot more palatable. I liked this place and recommend others to visit and enjoy PIZZA

Solid performance! First time ordering and it was easy and timely. Thin, tasty pizza just like I like it. Delivery driver was so sweet!

The pizza was delicious When you will be in a Nashville TN try to visit to taste especially cheese pizza 10 out of 10 Additionally the atmosphere was fantastic The service fast.
