Would give 5 stars but had to deduct one because they allow smoking on the open air patio. Food was incredible and our server Raven was excellent!! We will return but prob just for lunch since they don't put out the ashtrays. Overall a great experience.

In for a quick business trip, stopped here on recommendation from the Avis dude. Ordered some wings and Mac n cheese to go. Would have been nice to get some of those free supposed delish hush puppies along with my to-go order be no dice. The wings were good - I should have asked for well done though (my bad). Ranch is delicious. Mac n cheese just okay. Perhaps dine-in would have been better for the Mac. If I'm ever in Charlotte again, I'd give it another shot!

Very average food. The brisket sandwich was pricey for the 2 slices of meat on it. The quesadilla didn't have enough cheese to hold the two sides together. It was all edible and the flavors were fine, just very underwhelming.

Love this place. Took my family and parents here. Great family atmosphere. Restaurant was clean. Food was great and reasonably affordable for great BBQ. Highly recommend this place

First time, food was great but my husband didn’t quite get what he ordered. But still good! Their burgers are huge and sweet potato fries are delicious. Also loved the fact that it was dog friendly. We’re training our dog and it was a perfect spot for her first experience.

The food was really good but that's as far as it goes. We went for lunch, the place was basically empty, and the service was terrible. Waitress acted like we were an inconvenience to her and it took over 30min just to get our checks after we were finished. I hope this place can turn their service around because we really enjoyed the food, but for that reason we wont be returning any time soon.

Always a great time when I come here! From the atmosphere, the beers, the food, and the staff, it’s a must visit. Be sure to visit Kate at the bar, she’s knowledgeable and engaging. Will be back frequently!!

Great place. Fantastic food, nice beer selection. We came in unannounced with a group of 40+ and they set us up quickly and all together. Service was ok, but we had a large group so we expected a hiccup. The food was great though! The burnt ends are especially fantastic!

Food was amazing. Great barbeque. Very clean. Very nice people. You can't go wrong. Don't think about it just do it!

Visited here on my quest to try all of the best bbq in Charlotte. This place did not disappoint. Tried the combo plate with sausage and ended up with enough food for three people. Everything was heavenly and the sides, the sides were better than other bbq places I’ve tried. I know that the food here was good because I forgot to take pictures of it. Arrive was also top notch.

Delicious! The food was tasty, well sauced and delivered quickly! I will DEFINITELY come again and recommend Mac's to everyone!

Great food and really welcoming staff. I placed a to go order. They were very nice. The one in Charlotte needs to take lessons as they are rude as can be to to go folks.

Fantastic place, best place in North Carolina to get barbecue. Great service,employees and most important Managers. If you're in the Charlotte area, it would be a mistake to not stop here! Great experience!

Good experience this was my first time eating here and I was visiting from out of town. Wings were good as well as the bbq and sauce so when in town again will swing by and visit again. Service was good and have indoor/outdoor seating if in area would recommend trying
