Enjoyed the beer- got a flight and my wife liked the GT Golden while I enjoyed the Belgian. We split our food and we enjoyed the chili (but be warned, it is spicy), the cheese sticks and the brisket sandwich. Fries were good too! We also had very good service. Our waiter was attentive but not annoying. Everything was solid, though nothing really blew me away.

I haven't had this issue personally, but from my experiences there, they are very understanding. I think if you explain the situation they would accommodate.

There is a public parking lot behind the building, on the north side.

Have you checked their website? I can tell you for us it is a place we go every time we are in Traverse City. The food and drinks are amazing!
