Yes, it is. MoMA PS1 is open though.

I'm not sure if we're talking about the same piece, I saw one piece consisting in a open square in the ceiling but it was like 1 year ago... So I just can say that at that moment it was open during the day, no need for tickets... If your talking about a kind of scaffold circular structure that is raised right now, then the answer is the same: is open and it has hammocks to chill in with good company drinking and watching the sky

I don't speak Italian. But I believe you asked about a coat check and yes they have one in the building downstairs. :)

Some saturdays it costs 22 due to shows (check them on the website), but if you go those days the museum is free (i went the last saturday and i didn't pay anything).
