A weekly take out for my partner and I. Dine is is great too. Highly recommend the shredded chicken with chili peppers.

Great juicy soup dumplings. Definitely my favourite thing on the menu.

The food here was ok. The soup dumplings were good, but the skin on them was a little too thick, and there was a bit lack of "soup" compared to other authentic places.

One doesn't necessarily associate "Williamsburg," home of hipster cafes and such, with "really good Chinese restaurant," but M. Shanghai is just that. The scallion pancakes and "juicy buns" (i.e., soup dumplings) are fine appetizers; try the Shanghai-style (thick) lo mein, the diced fish, the salt-and-pepper shrimp, all good. In fact, most of the menu is very good. Having Keith Richards playing over the speakers is a reminder that, yes, this is Williamsburg...

Awesome soup dumplings

I had one of the specials (a cabbage and pork noodle soup) and some tea. The tea was served promptly and food came out less than 15 minutes later. Staff were very attentive (although, this was a Monday evening so there were only about 15 other diners). Meal came out under $20 total, which is reasonable enough for me. Would eat there again.

Amazing food and great service that was fast. Our waiter was also really helpful when we asked for recommendations. Their soup dumplings were also incredible!
