I’m not sure if it is this location and the employees, but the food is always awful. My boyfriend is an executive chef and also agrees with me that when we ate here today it was overcooked beef, overcooked over easy eggs, and over cooked fries. BLEH! If this establishment actually produced good product I won’t ever know due to the lack of management on someone’s part at this location. How embarrassing!

Unique burger joint with a nice atmosphere. Good food for a little higher price, based on the size burger you get. They run a little small on size but not on flavor. If you want to mix up your burger game, M-Shack is a must. Can get a little busy, so keep your hanger down and wait for your good burger.

Food was absolutely delicious. I had never been before, but my boyfriend had, and the burgers- quality of the meat, seasoning, and cooked just right made it a delicious burger. Parmesan truffle fries needed more seasoning but were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfectly cooked. Good selection of specialty burgers you don’t normally get at other burger restaurants.

If you want a really good burger, head to Ted’s Montana grill for the bison burger. As another commenter noted, the burger quality here isn’t the same anymore.If you want a really great milkshake and a fast food-like atmosphere, come here.The nice thing is that there are many vegetarian options at M Shack, including salads and a black bean veggie burger.

Literally the best burger place in Jacksonville if you haven't gone stop wasting your time and go. It is amazing. Life changing.

I really enjoy eating here, however I must rate only 3 stars because they no longer make fresh ground beef burgers. The burgers are ordered pre-made now. The good news is the patties are larger but they just don't have the same fresh taste. 🤨

Good hamburgers and the shake was delicious. Received the food pretty quickly and everything was hot.

I have been here a few times, and have always enjoyed the food. My favorite menu item is the pulled pork sandwich. Get the M Shack sauce for your tater tots and fries!

As you can see I ordered a burger called the insane burger $12.99. Two burgers in between two grilled cheese sandwich. I did not like it at all. The service was ok but I had to wait in line for about 10 minutes.

Great place for burgers, fries, and shakes. Wife got the fish sandwich and loved it. Cool atmosphere with an open air bar and food comes out fast and cooked properly. This is the double M burger with cheese, a must.
