Lupe's has the real deal authentic tamales! I'm always looking for real tamales as they are hard to find in the U.S. The owner is super friendly and the prices are great. I HIGHLY recommend this place any time of the day!

We arrived had.a 9 year old boy take our drink order. Woman up front seemed bothered to be here. We ordered and waited 25 minutes the waitress comes to us and wants to confirm Our order. Table ordered after us received their food we are still waiting 35 minutes in...waitress has a horrible attitude ...still waiting, will never return and will let everyone I know the horrible service

The food at Lupes is teriffic. This place is tucked in behind downtown Sherman. Its a smallish unassuming place with really good food and so so atmosphere. We love to make the trip on a weekend for lunch. They have a banana pudding that is outstanding.

Ordered delivery. No salsa. The tamales were so dry I couldn't eat them. The grande burrito was just rice and beans. We'll never order here again.

Ordered the dozen pork tamales to go with red sauce and green sauce.. Best tamales I've ever tasted! Will be coming back whenever I get a chance!

The tamales have nice little ties however hardly any filing ( all massa!! ) and small-ish for the pricy price . Bought them to go , glad Lupe's is not my only source for tamales. Owner not friendly nor happy.
