Lump's American Deli & Grill

The "catfish" I ordered was extremely small (a 3 piece). It stunk up my car and it appeared to be a cross betwixt tilapia and whiting. It cost nearly 9 bucks. I took it back for a refund. NEVER...will this consumer buy any type of fish/shrimp, etc. from American Deli! However, the attendant/cashier had a beautiful disposition. This is why I chose 2 stars.

My son went to this location just prior to closing on 1/16/2020 and got what didn't passed as a chicken salad. It included an okay amount of shredded chicken, lettuce and banana peppers. The rest was 6 pickle slices and 3 1/2 cucumber slices swimming in liquid from something. I don't even know what they charged him for this but it was entirely too much for what I got as you can see from the pictures. I tasted the liquid and it wasn't any type of salad dressing that I have ever purchased. SHAME ON YOU!!

There pretty good. Very busy so it's best to call in your order ahead. Wings are pretty good.

Too slow. Not ready. Time management stinks. I called my order in at 11:20 AM for it to be ready by 3:30 PM. When I arrived at 3:42PM they hadn't started on my order yet. It's now 4:09 PM and it's still not ready.

After ordering, it took them approximately 30 minutes before we received our food. Which tasted good. Just very very slow

Really the one star is pushing it for me. I called my order in and was told 15min. I ordered honey lemon pepper wings and There was little to no sauce whatsoever on my wings. I might as well had ordered plain wings cause that really what it was. I asked for crispy fries and it wasn’t even close. They are EXTREMELY SLOW. I was told 15min but had to wait a extra 15min to even get my food when I got there. I will never go to this location again. I will drive straight to dogwood before I come back to this one.

The food is pretty good but service is the WORST. They do not value your time. I call ahead only to come and still wait 30-45 min for my order to be ready. A couple times, I see that they don't start the order until after I come in. Or if I try to call, the phone would ring continuously. Will NOT be coming here again

Man they wings are normally great but yesterday we order a 50 piece half lemon pepper and teriyaki we got 50 fried wing no sauce the wings was super big and the I was very unhappy i will not go back again

Always got the best Philly cheesesteaks and lemon pepper wings I can have
