Comfortable, cozy. Friendly and super knowledgeable staff. This is THE downtown hangout spot in Columbia. Plus, great wine selection, fabulous food, and classy live music ranging from jazz to acoustic. I always recommend this spot to out-of-towners and will continue to do so.

Lula drake is a small beautiful wine bar, and has been exactly what Columbia needed. The staff is knowledgeable and on it regardless of a busy night. The food is killer and personally I’ve always had a wonderful time there. During their anniversary the owner stood up and thanked his staff in a way that made me appreciate having an establishment like that. Service industry can be crazy and it’s very easy to feel replaceable but he clearly does a great job making this customers and crew happy.

Wonderful small wine bar with excellent & informed servers. Feels like stepping off of a small city street into a locals known only spot in any big city. Perfect spot for date nights or just to expand your appreciation of wines!

Not only is there a wonderful selection of wines by the glass (and oh my goodness, that bottle list), but there is no other restaurant in Columbia that has a menu like this - wonderfully unique homemade pastas and sauces, wonderful tapas. Every night is different. The ambiance is like that of a speakeasy, and the service is warm and friendly. I love what's happening on Main Street, and especially Lula Drake!

Great wine bar and well finger foods are amazing.

Two words: so cool. Has to be one of the most unique places in Cola to grab a glass of wine. Much smaller than I anticipated but that just made it more intimate. Being a big red wine fan, I was thrilled with the number of choices in 3 different glass sizes(!) from unusual places like Croatia, Macedonia, and Austria. Seriously, if you haven't been here, then you're missing out

Nice selection of wines. Interesting small plates. Note this is a wine bar (and craft beers.) Would have given 5 stars if there had been some interesting sweet wines. Don't know why millennials have this thing for super dry wine.

I love this place! The food is great and always new and fresh! The staff is always helpful with helping me pick out the wines I will like! Perfect date spot!

really enjoyed my first time visiting Lula Drake yesterday! had the orange wine on draft and a glass of the Tempranillo (my favorite red, and the one at LD did NOT disappoint — highly recommend) Would definitely encourage staff to just leave a bottle of water on the table rather than consistently coming by to check in and refill water/disrupting conversation but that also could be the grouchy northerner in me. Sat inside to avoid mosquitos but love that there was seating by the window plus seems like occasional outdoor patio seating too

We love LD! The atmosphere is fancy-funk and the staff super friendly and knowledgeable. We met some friends there recently for wine and apps. Our server Audrey was a delight. Patient with questions and offered suggestions and recommendations. All the wines we had were amazing. We also had the Chef's Selection Charcuterie, which was much larger than most we have had, with a fantastic selection of meats, cheeses and accompaniments. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing, quaint wine bar. Absolutely LOVE the wine, the staff is very friendly, informative and helpful. Highly recommend Lula Drakes, it has quickly become one of my favorite spots for a glass of wine!
