Luigi's pizzeria exceeded customer service expecations! We ordered a pizza to be delivered to apartments in midtown and in the process of making the order we debated whether we should purchase a coke or not. Long story short when they delivered the pizza we were given a free coke. Now obviously they can't do this with every customer because it wouldn't be financially wise. Yet, they took the liberty to do that gesture. Oh and the pizza it's amaaazziing.

Customer service was great. Super sweet girl, but the food is disgusting you're better off buying a frozen pizza and making it yourself... got the meat lovers, 12 inch, lasagna and a gatorade almost 30 bucks. The pizza was soggy from the middle. The lasagna looked like a soup, just horrible.

As a New Yorker, I will say that this is by far the closest thing to NY style pizza you can get. I Order from them almost every week. BUT you can't get it by the slice unfortunately, you have to get the "ny style" pie. Their single slices are not the same.

Came here randomly with some friends and it was a great decision! The owner, Luigi, is extremely nice and his employees are nice as well! It's a chill place to be and the food is delicious! I try something new every time I go there. I'm never disappointed. He's very welcoming and protective of his customers so it's a safe place to be in Midtown. 11/10, I definitely recommend!!!
