Lugano's Pizza

Do NOT order from here. I placed an order through GrubHub and after 10 minutes past the delivery window, it took 4 phone calls to get someone who I could not understand (poor phone quality). Apparently they never got the order to begin with and even hung up on me when I tried to provide information about the order.And THEN they have the audacity to verbally abuse me through text messages!Poor service does not even begin to describe this experience.

This place sucks for customer service. Ordered in and bought a 2 liter of pop. Got the pop but no cups to drink out. So we had a 2 liter unopened and also no server. Then the owner came in with some loud guy who sounded drunk and swore like a sailor. No napkins and no cups. Plus they let random people just walk into the kitchen.

I come here with my family and the pizza here is great, i preferably dine in.
